There is no out of the box solution for Code Engine / Secrets Manager integration. One workaround is to use IBM Cloud Event Notifications to react on secret updates in SM to push them. The following blog article gives an idea on how to achieve that: How to automate certificate renewal in IBM Cloud Code Engine.

I have asked Code Engine team for any ETA for official support
