Need to develop a functional test to verify how Tempesta works with Comet (server push). Basically a simple web page, probably using XMLHttpRequest, must be written and deployed on the test backend server.

Depends on #498 (HTTP message buffering and streaming).

There is nothing special about Comet: just websockets #881 and HTTP/2 push #1194
