Some Playlist videos listed in the Repository cannot be played #40

Steps:

Create a Playlist with videos with different Broadcast profiles.
Only videos with a Public Broadcast can be played, so the view in PuMuKIT should be like this:
Open the Moodle Repository

Result:

The three videos selected in the previous picture, cannot be played in the playlist. However, they are listed in the playlist:
The Playlist can be added to the page resource but only one video can be played, the Public one:

However, these videos can be added (and played) individually through My Series or Public Series folder:

Expected Result:

The behaviour should be consistent, if it is possible to add and play videos individually, it should be possible to see these videos in the playlist.

We have 3 options:

Restrict videos on Series to 'Only Public Broadcast' videos.
Allow the playlist to play videos with other broadcasts.
Leave it the way it is now. (Not consistent, but Playlists and Series are different things after all).
