Description

The Toolbar tools are added to the overflow popup when the data of the Toolbar is changed dynamically on a button click.

Click the Change Data button multiple times, to reassign the Toobar data.

The last working version was 16.10.0.

Since v16.11.0 the problem starts to occur.
