When running through some settings to improve my print quality; I was testing my retraction settings using the Retraction Tuning tool and found that the Output Settings Summary lists the option above the selected option. For example I selected "Restore saved ABL/manual mesh - M420 S1", but it showed "ABL: Probe new mesh at the start of print (Klipper) - BED_MESH_CALIBRATE" in the output settings file. This DID NOT affect the actual GCode that was generated. I tested to verify by selecting "Prusa MK3 - G28 W followed by G80" and the output file then showed "ABL: Restore saved ABL/manual mesh - M420 S1".
