Move a base to another workspace

Initially, users build their databases in their personal workspace, and they want to make their database available in another workspace (in relation to their organization in their company).

There should be a move button in the database action menu to move it to a workspace for which the user has creation rights.

You can do this by duplicate and delete a base.
