TDEX Daemon UI

To allow anyone to better run and manage a tdexd instance, would be nice to offer an user interface on top of the gRPC API of the Operator, WalletUnlocker and Wallet interface.

Almost everything is handled by the daemon, so it could be theoretically stateless (or with minimal configuration state) except for the fragmentation process (it consists in creating an ephemeral wallet, do user can deposit funds in a single address and automatically create a tx with many outputs to deposit on the tdexd splitting in many smaller utxo, ie. fragments).

The UX for intial pairing could be similar to LND Connect since we both shares with LND the macarrons and the TLS self signed certificate as a way to authenticate.

We decided to move fragmenter as RPCs inside the tdexd so the clients does not need to re-implement tha process locally

We are going to have tdexd-connect binary as well shipped with the daemon that after deploy will automatically create a URI to easy connect.
