enderdragon and more

so 1 of players made it to the end but no one can see the enderdragon but it says enderdragon at the top of the screen and i even tryed spawning one in and it didnt work i was not sure if u had themturn off or if it was a bug thought i would ask
and some times ti not let my players and me put down a sapling i look inthe files didnt see any setting or any thing
