Home Assistant Module - Entity Discovery - Socket Control

This is a discussion about a module that makes it easier to integrate with Home Assitant.

In particular a module to

1. Easily create mqtt entity discovery topics for
2. Explore a more direct module that talks to the Home Assistant Socket

Here is the start of a module to create discovery topics. It came out of a discussion at the HA community site

I have it working but it makes use of my object module which makes creating and using javascript style dot notation easier.

As to direct socket access I seem to recall tasmota berry has a socket client module?

In which case here is the details about the HA websocket api

I don't see it off hand but I think there is a way to create an entity via the socket. Thus this would be an alternative to discovery.
