Use fixed ContainerStructureTest@0 in the following:

https://github.com/tashrifbillah/tbss_containers/blob/master/azure-pipelines.yml#L58

Possible challenge:
Will ContainerStructureTest@ require us to push image first and then test? Because fsl_tbss:runTest isn't meant to be pushed.
