Describe the bug
As a user I find that when there are no GPU devices detected and the GPU mining is enabled, there are numerous errors found within the universe log files.
When I manually disable GPU Mining via the app and restart, the wallet balance warnings are still persistent in the logs

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'tari universe'
  2. User should be mining
  3. Go to your folder > roaming>com.tari.universe>logs>universe
  4. Open logs for universe and check warnings

Expected behavior
User should not see warnings for xtrgpuminer
