In a task prior o 31.03.24 :

decrementing further than march : OK
incrementing further than march : BUG (blocks at 31.03.24)

In task posterior to 31.03.24 :

no problem incrementing and decrementing further than april
BUT : blocked if trying to go back to april (blocks at 31.03.24)
