One of the most frequent requests on the Certbot issues page and the forum is a JKS file or another format (whose name I'm forgetting at the moment) used by Tomcat and some other Java-related server software. This is a little more complex to create because it involves calling a specific binary or binaries, rather than just concatenating files, but quite a few people would probably appreciate this option!

@schoen I have added configuration for tomcat7. Can't test though because I do not use tomcat.

@schoen, can you confirm the program produces correct tomcat certificates?
