Check for themes outside of unity folder

in some themes unity themeing is not present, so check for themes outside unity folder, possibly xfce window manager theme folder

I have this issue too. The window button themes available only appear to be considering themes with the "unity" folder... Is there any workaround for this?

Same. Don't remember having this problem before but just encountered it on a fresh install of Mint 19.

Same problem with Linux Mint, my workaround was to copy the unity folder available on xubuntu and put on the same folder under Mint.
