Docs: Add Opencost section to k8s file of documentation

As of Komiser v.3.1.1, Opencost has been integrated to add cost metrics to the Komiser dashboard for K8s objects (only pods supported for in the first iteration)

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be ideal you the issue assignee to run Komiser v3.1.1 and integrate to a K8s cluster they have access to so test out the integration. Take screenshot of cost metrics assigned to K8s objects to be included in the documentation.

To be able to see cost metrics for K8s objects no additional integration steps are needed than what is already featured on the k8s docs page. https://docs.komiser.io/configuration/cloud-providers/k8s
But it would be great to dedicate a section of the k8s page in the docs to reference Opencost and what users should expect to see.
