Rebase code on AOSP 4.0.3?

I was thinking, given many seem to think recent builds based on 4.0.3 appear more buggy than 4.0.1 builds, that it would be a good idea to checkout all the ics4blade files from the 4.0.3 source and cherry pick all the patches that have been made thus far (unless there is an easier way of doing the same thing).

This would be far easier to do if people added and changed files in separate commits.
