Does not interact well with swaync's media player widget

Trying to pause or play music can sometimes cause swaync to freeze for several seconds. Whenever or not swaync will just unexpectedly quit seems to be a dice roll also, as that also only happens sometimes.

The play button on the widget does nothing if the player is stopped, so you have to start playback using something like mpc before the button actually does anything.
