Describe the bug

On my slow old iPhone, I sometimes see a lightning refresh error toast "already_init". This is an LDK error. We should have a nicer message for the user.

Reproduce

  1. Sit idle with slow device (a slow network might also cause it)
  2. Observe "already_init" toast error
