Describe the problem

The QuickPay onboarding is shown after wallet restore even though the settings are saved in the backup.

Describe the solution

Don't show the QuickPay onboarding more than once, even after wallet restore.

The user slice is not backed up. We either need to add it or move necessary fields to another slice.
