how to toggle between evil-next-line and evil-next-visual-line?

Hi,
I just noticed recently the key "j" has been mapped to evil-next-line instead of evil-next-visual-line, which is difficult to navigation in org-mode, as the line is usually very long.

I have tried to setting evil-respect-visual-line-mode to t, but still not working.

So how to change the behavior? Is there any toggle option we can use to quickly toggle the behavior between evil-next-line and evil-next-visual-line
