中文乱码啊 #65

看网上的就换了个sword-lang2.0.0的UTF-8版，输出到微信的内容不乱码了，但是这边日志上接收到微信的信息还是乱码的，并且用户发送的信息有数字的时候会报“3 字节的 UTF-8 序列的字节3无效。”
有没有老哥有好的解决办法？

将所有的编码配置统一UTF-8 @hayye
