* Involved in new funds on-boarding process

**Qualifications*** Hold a university degree in Finance/ Accounting, qualified accountant or other relevant qualification preferred.
* Have a minimum of 2-4 years progressive accounting/ audit/ fund administration experience in real estate fund or industry.
* In-depth understanding of fund industry.
* Strong computer skills with strength in Microsoft Office products and willing to embrace new technologies for efficient solution. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is particularly asset.
* Strong knowledge in IFRS, US GAAP and Singapore GAAP, and knowledge in Luxembourg GAAP would be an advantage
* Knowledge of Yardi accounting software would be an advantage.

**Job Description** **Monthly Reporting**
* Perform full aspect of finance operation in Account Payable & Receivable.
* Perform treasury functions.
* Perform sales & purchase reconciling trade activities with inter-company affiliates.
* Prepare monthly AP & AR reporting.
* Handle of GST report and submission, tax relevant reports.
* Review sales & purchases process flow to ensure sales activities are properly carried out.
* Support in monthly operations reviews & other management reports.
* Support in annual audit exercise.
**Perform ad hoc projects for reporting enhancement and per management request.**
**Qualifications**
* Degree in Accounting or Finance.
* 2 years of experiences.
* Preferable fluent in English and Vietnamese.
* Ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Advanced Excel is essential.
* Well organized and hands-on approach.
* Ability to work independently and to work in cross-functional, fast paced environment.
* Ability to think critically and analytically.
* Proactive approach to problem solving and customer-oriented mindset.
* Positive working attitude, good team player, high sense of ownership and good interpersonal skills.
