Auto-bid inactive #20
Comments
I now noticed that, after closing Chrome, there was still one Chrome process running for some reason; when I killed that and restarted Chrome, Auto-bid was enabled each time. So I suspect this was caused by some broken Chrome process not closing properly. It's annoying, because Chrome was still working OK, and several time I've found I missed auctions because Auto-bid was somehow switched off, and not by me |
I have seen this issue, but currently have no idea how to solve this. This is related to browser session synchronization and to be honest maybe I do not fully understand this feature :-) As a workaround - if you dont need session synchronisation - you can switch to "local mode" in the BE configuration parameter. |
OK Thanks, I'll try that :) |
I'm pretty sure your phatom process is because you have this feature enabled: Regards |
After restarting Chrome browser, I often see 'Auto-bid inactive' followed by "Auto-Bid is active in another Browser Window." but this is not correct. I can click the button and re-enable auto bid.
