Add protection to avoid overwriting existing charts at given tag #29

The CI script uses helm commands to compile the chart:

            helm dependency update ${chart}
            helm push ${chart}/ ${HELM_CHART_REPO}

They will always use the version at Chart.yaml, version.

Check if the Git tag is the same of version in Chart.yaml
If so, continue building the chart and pushing
If mismatch, print warning message saying to update Chart.yaml, version and bail out
