播放本地svga文件，会提示type undefine，load方法 #13

在微信小程序上加载本地svga文件时出现。
svga已经修改为svg后缀名，绕过微信小程序资源打包。
但是在load时提示type undefine错误。

通过网络下载后load，提示同样错误
