Is Sveltekit a full-stack framework like Django, or ExpressJS?

I'm asking just because I want to svelte-kit for all of my full-stack web apps and I'll use the same API for mobile apps too
can we completely do the backend in Sveltekit, or do we need any backend API separately?

Yes, SvelteKit can be full-stack.

Backend interactions/APIs can be implemented via form actions for pages and custom server endpoints.

(I cannot vouch for the development experience when implementing a complex API via SvelteKit since I have not done that before, though.)
