Exporting all the operations log?

I'd like to know if it is possible to log all the operations on file to some csv or anything? Like insertion or deletion log on file with timestamp?
Or could you provide some insight on how this can be achieved by making changes to the conclave core itself? I may make the changes on my own but I'm currently lost on how to achieve it.
