error when loading textures appear blank in RT mode

a few days ago i wanted to play the opossing force expansion with RT. it is full of lighting errors in several dark places and the night vision doesn't work, but some textures in RTX On mode don't load and appear white. i have tried several things and nothing. i attach some images.
