GoogleCalendarEventVO addWhen method subtract one hour from datetime values. #1

1. create an instance of GoogleCalendarEventVO
2. invoke method addWhen for a partial day event
3. trace your datetime values in console
4. capture http request 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
