Alexa tutorials give a good overview of the complete process for building an Alexa Skill. Here I have only provided the Node.js 6.0 code to be added to Lambda function. The skill is very basic and indented to provide a learning experience. It simply reads out Robert Frosts Poem 'Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening' to the user.
