after install, right click on any file in project to add file to cache, the css extended showing but disabled.
auto complete function is not working also.

sublime text 3 build 3059, 64 bit version
ubuntu 14.04 LTS 64 bit

I don't have an Ubuntu VM setup right now, but, quick question before go through that process; Have you tried restarting Sublime Text after installing the plugin?

Same problem here, for now i'm using SublimeAllAutocomplete, not perfect because the css files need to be opened in sublime. But it works....

Still having this problem on Ubuntu Zesty ST3

I ended up using this https://github.com/ahmedam55/SassSolution. After installation just right click the file to include vars from then Sass Solution > Add to Autocomplete. You need to then edit the package settings to remove a stray slash from the file path and it should work then
