Feature description

I was thinking that there could be a bunch of different contagious and non-contagious diseases that you could inject with syringes that do different things, like one could eat away at the brain or something, and another could slowly decrease integrity or something.

Feature purpose

I know there are already a few posts like this but I just think it would be cool to have epidemics and things like that. However, I'm not sure if people have explained it like this. I just think it would make things a little more interesting.
