Error during Mod Compilation: Connection Refused

Describe the bug

While starting ppg, all of the mods are compiling by firstly saying "Sending Request" (Image 1) and afterwards "Starting Server" (Image 2), and then after all of them loaded, every mod has an Error Message "Connection Refused" (Image 3).

Clearly describe how to reproduce the bug

1. Install any Mod through the Steam Workshop
2. Launch the Game through Steam with one of these Proton Versions: GE-Proton9-18, Proton Experimental, Proton-9.0-3, Proton 8.0-5, Proton 7.0-6
