Only the default Zoom Out keybind works, but not the Zoom In keybind. Unable to rebind

Describe the bug

The default keybind for zooming out is -
but for some reason the keybind for zooming IN is not set to anything.
I checked the ControlSchemes.json file and manipulated it to replace the "Plus" and "Minus" binds for zooming in and out to real keys on my keyboard; like "Numpad +", but it doesn't seem to do anything.

And the settings for changing said keys in the ingame options menu don't appear. In the ControlSchemes.json file string "InvisibleInMenu" is set to "True." Tried setting it to "False." and nothing happened.
