I have created a Microsoft Teams team for a pilot phase for M365 Copilot, which includes over 100 participants from different business units. I installed "Prompt Buddy" in this Teams team by downloading the necessary file from GitHub, adding Microsoft Power Apps as an app in the channel, and then importing it.
The problem I am encountering is that some employees are unable to access the "Prompt Buddy" app. Either the app is not displayed to them at all, or they receive the error message "There was a problem reaching this app." I suspect that this issue may be due to varying policies across the different business units.
What permissions do users need to have to access the "Prompt Buddy" app? Are there specific settings or policies that need to be adjusted in the different business units to ensure that all team members can access the app?
Additional Information:
Microsoft Power Apps is already added as an app in the channel.
The installation and import of the "Prompt Buddy" file from GitHub have been completed.
Thank you for your support!
Kind regards,
Jason

Still experiencing this issue? A fresh installation can take a little time to light up for all.
Two things to check:
However, it sounds like you added the Power Apps tab and then attached Prompt Buddy to it.
Although logically similar, it differs from our recommended way of installing it (see https://aka.ms/PromptBuddyVideo min 1-9).
If you still have users who can't reach Prompt Buddy after that.
Check this guide to share access to those members (or entire group)
