One of our users cannot access Prompt buddy. When the user clicks on 'Prompt buddy' he gets the app-permissions pop-up where several tabs with 'Refresh connection' are shown. When he clicks these it runs forever and nothing happens. Also he cannot press the 'Allow' button because it is greyed out. What is the cause of the issue and how can we fix it?

@annemarie-hendrikx Hi!
That's annoying 🙃. Sorry to hear that.

Can you please make sure that this user is either a member of the team where Prompt Buddy is installed OR provide access to that user via my guide in #46

Perhaps not applicable in your case, but please note that guest users in a tenant won't have access to Prompt Buddy by default.

Hi @Erithano thanks for your comment!
The user is part of the team where Prompt Buddy is installed and till now she seems the only one with the issue.

Hey @annemarie-hendrikx,

That is very strange indeed.

Can you try removing her, wait 10 minutes, and then re-add her to the Team?

If that doesn't help, please share access to a group she is part of (can be the same M365 group as the team) by following my guide in #46

Prompt Buddy likes all team members, so of course we want to help her get access 🥰
