I was wondering whether there is a way to generate ATAC-seq metagene plots in Signac. I'm thinking of something akin to plotProfile or plotHeatmap in deepTools to plot the aggregate of the signal summed across i.e. hundreds of genomic ranges such as peaks or other regions of interest.
You have something quite similar in place in the Footprint function, but since it requires same-sized regions then you can't use it with peak sets which would be variable width.
Many thanks in advance!
