Validate missing relationship

Is there a way to make the structurizr-cli report an error if no explicit relationship between two software systems has been declared while a relationship is declared on the container level?

Example

        sys_a = softwareSystem "System A" {

        }
        
        sys_b = softwareSystem "System B" {
            api = container "API" {
                -> sys_a.api

}

The idea is that if someone adds a dependency "in the depths" of the design without that dependency being declared at a higher level, an error should be reported.

I'm quite certain I've used structurizr in this way before but I can't seem to figure out how. I do not want to enable impliedRelationships.

Improving the idea further, when validating relationships, the technology and tags also need to be validated.

There's no way to do this out of the box, so my recommendation would be to write a script/plugin that implements the validation rules you're looking to adopt as a team.
