Feature Request: Context menu item to add word to cspell:ignore in current file #3519

As the subject says.

Details:

  1. Find the first cspell:ignore comment in the current file and if there is more than on adjecent such line, use the last one..
  2. Create it if it does not exist. following the first <# #> comment if there is one., otherwise at the top of the file.
  3. Add the problem word to the line.
  4. Create a new cspell:ignore line following the current one if it would become too long (possibly the length governed by a setting).

If it is too difficult to determine the comment convention of the file, then skip the initial creation and leave it up to the user. This is not relevant for the line spliting because it can be copied from the current line
