Very high CPU utilization on chrome version 77.X #173

With new version of chrome 77.0.3865.75 (Official Build) (64-bit), the CPU utilization starts increasing and goes more than 90% and then browsers freezes within 1 or 2 minutes.

I am also facing the same issue in chrome version 77. While video recording screen freezes for some time.

Same issue with the latest version of chrome 79
