My temp workaround:

# added to ~/.bashrc or ~/.zshrc
alias czs="git-cz --scope"

After source your rc file, run git-cz using czs alias

# run
$ czs myscope
? Select the type of change that you're committing: feat:       A new feature
? Write a short, imperative mood description of the change:
  [-------------------------------------------------------------] 55 chars left
   feat: just a test
? Provide a longer description of the change:

? List any breaking changes
  BREAKING CHANGE:
? Issues this commit closes, e.g #123:

 1 file changed, 0 insertions(+), 0 deletions(-)
 create mode 100644 1
