[feat]: Adding customization options for the images uploaded in Strapi block renderer

A clear and concise description of what the feature is

for every image uploaded in strapi blockrenderer it is better to have options to add altText , alignment of the images.

Why should this feature be included?

therefore if we want to update the image altText we dont need to go to mediaLibrary to update the image altText
