When I recover a key with Juno as the default, then switch to cosmos hub the key is not present anymore. Seems like the keyring right now is dependent on the chain right now

to fix this, lens should accelerate a new keyring. Keystone is promising.

Without this, lens is offering a mildly better ux experience than the cosmos-sdk.
