Payload viewer content gets clipped. Needs resize or H-scroll bar #1

JWT payload viewer needs a horizontal scroll bar, or a way to resize the window (better) as some of the longer values in the payload view are sometimes clipped.

Thanks @DougWashburn for the feedback! Are you referring to the pop-up window, or the pane that's inside of the developer tools?

The popup when you click the inspector icon has a vertical scroll bar, but the Payload app_href: value is long and is clipped.
