Reset password not working #1

I receive the reset password link, but when accesing ot the url I get the following json:

{"status":400,"code":400,"message":"string must be a valid Base62 string.","developerMessage":"string must be a valid Base62 string.","moreInfo":"mailto:[email protected]"}

Also I would like to know how to translate the mail message, and the sp-directives...
