Hi,

I noticed that there are many scripts that are useful to ISDI but not part of ISDI core, for instance privacy_scan_android.py, isdi_summarize.py or data_process.py and several files that are notes about the application like notes.md or TODO.md. These scripts and notes make it hard to maintain ISDI and to know what is code from ISDI versus support scripts.

I would suggest to move all additional scripts to a isdi-utils repository that allows to maintain a clean codebase for ISDI and a more unstable codebase for scripts. For notes, I would suggest to either move them to the github wiki, or maybe a markdown documentation that can be hosted on read the docs.

What do you think?

(my bad, I realize that it partially duplicates #16)
