Summary 摘要

收款、开票、预收款对象的“确认收款”、“确认开票”按钮，只有“财务管理员“权限集用户才能看到按钮，点击操作；
预收款的“退款”、“核销”按钮
要确认点击按钮后是不是可以更新数据等权限问题；
