$HOME is your users folder Move stash.app to your external drive, in the folder you want it from and $PWD should be exactly what you're looking for |

I'm attempting to setup stash where all library, generated content, blobs, cach files, config files, ffmpeg/ffprobe, backups and metadata are stored on a single external hardrive. The Idea is to have something I can plug into any computer and run my stash library locally.
I'm a bit of a newbie so I still use the Stash setup wizard. I can set blobs, generated content, cache files and binary data in the external SSD, except for my core directory. I don't really understand $HOME/$PWD, only that it always defaults to my users folder within my desktop.
Any direction/help would be appreciated!
