This assumes that the host is a Red Hat Family distribution.

Also the packages are not provided by the CentOS repos, requirement should be including link for downloading binaries on top of the commands since the packages may not exist.

Go idea to have multi-OS install support. perhaps conflict with creating containerized image but this topic should be a subject for a new US (or Epic). I've opened a multiple system support issue to track this request and add it to the backlog.

For the second part regarding packages not for CentOS, could you be more precise ? Should we add some more detail in install requirements documentation or is there any missing code into the installer binary ?
