netbox: image parameters for housekeeping

Add ability to change housekeeping image parameters in order to use the required plugins.

House keeping use same sidecars configuration as the server at sidecars array, so you can just put plugin image there.
To replace housekeeping entrypoint, put custom command at housekeeping.command as an array.
